Inside, you will find indulgent furnishings, warm textures, and locally handmade pottery that brings a personal, artisan touch to your stay. A vintage Roberts Radio provides the perfect soundtrack as you unwind, whether you’re wrapped in a blanket beside the fire pit, soaking in the hot-tub, or enjoying a quiet morning with a mug of coffee in the hammock taking in the views.
In the shepherd’s hut, you will find a double bed with a hotel-quality mattress and 100% cotton bed linens, as well as a comfy sofa to sink into and a smart TV, while underfloor heating keeps the space warm and inviting.
The bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to whip up a hearty breakfast or supper.
The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, flushing toilet, and sink. Luxury towels and bathrobes are provided, and there’s plenty of hot water for a relaxing experience.

Step outside into a stunning English meadow garden, complete with outdoor seating, a fire pit, BBQ, hammock, wood-fired sauna, outdoor shower, cold-plunge bath, wood-fired hot tub in a heated cabin, and beautiful views over the rolling hills. There’s also storage under the hut for muddy boots and an outdoor tap with hosepipe for washing down boots and bikes.
Behind the hut, the purpose-built honesty shop is stocked with all sorts of treats including homemade chutneys and chocolate praline, craft beers, natural wines, de-alcoholised wines, s’mores packs, and hand-thrown local pottery. The shop doubles as a drying room with a heated rack for wet walking gear, lockable and covered by CCTV for your peace of mind.
Guests have full, private access to the shepherd’s hut, the surrounding meadow garden, outdoor seating area, wellness space, and fire pit. The space is completely self-contained and not shared with anyone else. There’s ample parking, an EV charger, and a private entrance to the property, so you can come and go with ease.
